Login issues after latest update to Arlo app (Android)

Loaded an update to the Arlo app (android) last night on my PIxel 2XL and now I either can't login and get "We're sorry Arlo is currently unavailable. Please try again later." or it logs me in but I don't see any of my devices and then after about minute I get the same message about it being unavailable.  I can login fine via a web browser.

 

base HW Version: VMB4000r3

base firmware: 1.12.0.0_27099

camera firmware: 1.092.0.19_26228

Is the app 2.6.4? If not, update. If it is updated, reboot the phone and reinstall the app.

yes version 2.6.4_23200

I can get in now and my devices show up but I'm not getting push notifications any more.  I am still getting email notifications.

 

I'll try uninstalling it and reinstalling it.

I reinstalled and now it looks like notifications are working again.  I did all of that on Monday while trouble shooting another issue with Arlo Support (custom sound notifications not working).  Just didn't expect to have to uninstall and reinstall again so quickly.
