I've been locked out from my account after changing my account password. 

How do I get my account back?

 

Today I have an exsting secure multi cam account that I wish to upgrade to Secure plus. To post this comment I had to create a new temporary user account for this community.

Can you please dm me a good phone number and time too reach out to you. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.

I unfortunately cannot find the envelope icon. English is not my native language, so I have difficulty explaining my problem to you. It would be better for me if I can describe the problem in text and email it to you.

Hi, If you do get back into your account, be very wary about upgrading to the Secure Plus latest version.

None of my cameras are visible as devices or in the feed!
