Live view not working on MacBook

Hi 

I've installed the Arlo Pro Wire-Free Cameras and I get a perfect Live View on my iPhone but when I try on my MacBook the message ":connection failed" comes up.  I have reinstalled Adobe Flash Player but that does not seem to have made a difference.  Any ideas?

Have you tried in Chrome or Firefox or just Safari?

In any event, use the browser settings to enable Flash.

It works on my macbook pro fine.. You just have to go to your Safari -->Preferences--> Websites and enable Adobe flash player..

This does not work for me. Running MacOS 10.12.16 (Sierra). 

I have enabled Flash on Chrome and Firefox, but I still get the ": connection failed" error. 

I can view live video on my mobile app, so the camera is working fine.

Stills and historical video on the desktop web app work fine as well.
