Cameras are recording and storing in the library. However, when I select to run the video, the video blacks out. There's a faint 'loading' note in the center of the video, but it is all blacked-out.

Edge and IE on W10 have an issue due to a recent MS update. Use Chrome or Firefox in the interim.
