Legacy Subscription Not Working, Bot says I can't talk to agent.

I have a free 7 day legacy subscription. It stopped working and no subscription is showing up. I can't get ahold of anyone with ARLO and the bot says I don't have the right to support.

Can you confirm the model of the camera?
If the camera is a pro2 or earlier model you don’t need a subscription to enjoy the 7days free cloud library.

Recording no longer working.  Cameras on and getting notifications but can’t view recording’s.
