Left amber light is on and no other lights are on. Does Base Station need to be replaced?

My system works for about 5 minutes every hour. The rest of the time, the left amber light is on. No other lights are on. Does the base station need replaced?

The left led being amber indicates that the base is rebooting: https://kb.arlo.com/000039100/What-do-the-LEDs-on-my-Arlo-SmartHub-or-base-station-mean

 

That suggests that either that

  1. the power connections aren't secure
  2. something is wrong with the power outlet
  3. the power adapter is failing
  4. the base is failing
