I bought Arlo 7 years ago…
now the day my free program is over
I can even set an on and off schedule !!!
18 months ago this happened and I called and had a tech reboot the system back to my original settings ..
Now I have to pay them 130 bucks to reprogram my cameras before I can do any scheduling
they do t revert back to my free account I’m dumping all this

You must be talking to a scam support site. Did you google for a phone number?

Are you now seeing "Feed" and "Dashboard" in the app menu (no longer seeing "Library")?
Can you give some details on what schedule you had before?
