Lıve feeding trouble on mobile devices

Dear Community, I'm having huge problem with streaming live my devices on my iphone, it looks like slow motion film.

when I use web browsers there is no issue.

firmwares are updated.

chekced different location at house.

disabled all other wireless at home but no solution,

it is just happening on mobile devices..

There's a new version of the app out for iOS, make sure you have the new version.

 

Also, try and remove the app and re-install and see if that changes anything

What model device/version of iOS are you using? Do you experience this behavior when using your WiFi connection, data connection or both?

Hello, I'm using Iphone 7 and latest ios 11.4

it is undependent of Apple or Android, neither from wireless or LTE 4G connection,

I tried all different sequence, but still the same issue occurs

A new version of the Arlo mobile app is available on the app store, are you still experiencing the same issue after downloading this latest version?
