Went to log in and text message with code took 5 minutes to come. Tried via email and code not toggle between email and app with sending a new code and hit maxium. Changed password and still can not log in. Support says have to pay for subscription.

Okoboji,

 

I've not been able to reproduce that long of a delay for receiving the code. You should receive the code within a few seconds. Are you still experiencing this issue?
