Is my roommate viewing camera through her own separate account

Is it possible that my roommate has access to my arlo q through a completely separate account? She has been able to view live and past feeds at any time and talk to my kid when he's home, yet I have not only granted any access to anyone, nor given out my new password to a single soul.
And if she is accessing through a different account, how do i make it only accessible to me?

No, not really possible.... sounds more like SOMEHOW the other person obtained your PW.

Do you have the auto log in set on ??   Or the PW saved in the PC/App ??

So, change your password to something else and if you have another email, use that too
