Interior cameras are in line but all four outside cameras are offline at one time, have never had this happen before. Have rebooted the system, even brought one camera indoors to try and sync with base station to no avail. Any help would be great. Would also love to talk with an ARLO rep by phone but for some reason, that’s harder than trying to reboot my system.

So the system as configured, has worked for some period of time previously, but suddently without any configuration changes by you, the exterior cameras went off, but the interior cameras still operate properly.  Correct?

 

Did you check the batteries in all cameras?  Unlikely, but due diligence.  Are these all on the same base or do you have more than one base station?  Have you double checked your modes and rules to see if any of those changed without your intervention?  (sometimes firmware updates do bad things)   Do any of the outdoor cameras work inside when you bring them in before trying to resync them?  ...just bringing them closer to the base...and try moving an indoor camera outside while you are at it.
