Infrared lights/Night Vision not working, Started last night and tried re-syncing/restarting.

Infrared lights not working on camera, started last night, tried removing the battery/restarting, also tried removing/re-syncing with no luck, the camera is half useless without any night vision

True.  You might try support - especially if the camera is fairly new (1 year).

 

If it's not covered by warranty, you could potentially use an Arlo security light and cross-trigger the camera.  But if the space you are covering is large, then you probably need a new camera.
