If I wanted to make contact with someone in view, no sound is coming. "Ear" icon is greyed out.

Although I can hear sound from the views that the 3 cameras are picking up I cannot pass any sound to the cameras.  So, if I wanted to make contact with someone in view no sound is coming from the cameras. The "ear" is greyed out on all cameras but the icon which I assume is sound is apparently on. Is that because this model does not allow it or is it that my microphone is not working at the PC. ?

The ear icon for each camera relates to whether you have audio detection enabled in your modes and rules. It sounds like the mic gain is turned down on the PC or is disabled. It's also possible that the browser hasn't been allowed access to the mic.
