I want 1 camera in baby's room and 1 on the front porch and pay no subscription. What's best for us?

There are so many products that I am overwhelmed.I am not a technie, and I just want someone to tell me what product we should get - the best deal to do the following things:

1) We only want to pay the up-front cost.  We do not want to pay a monthly subscription.  

2) We only want to see when there is movement, ideally streamed to our iPhone/computer.

3) We only need the last week stored.  

4) Cordless, rechargable batteries.

5) It would also be great to be able to save some of the footage, if possible.  (the kiddos do funny things in their room, and if we need to save evidence of a break-in, that would be nice too).

Any advice on what is best for us to get for the best deal would be wonderful.
