I've reset my Base Station but not connecting to the app? Base Station has internet.

Hi,
I’ve re set my base station. The base station has internet connection but is not connecting to the App.
I’ve followed all the advice, including deleting the App and reinstalling.
Any ideas ?

Hi,
I just reset the base station again but held the pin in for 15 seconds.
Bingo! It worked, I didn’t hold the hard reset button in for long enough before 😊.
Many thanks , for your help, I’m all up and running now👍

Did you also remove the base and cameras from Settings, My Devices?

Thank you for the response. Yes , because I reset the base station my Arlo App is not showing either the cameras or the base station.
