I upgraded my account, and now all my videos for more than the past week are missing

I upgraded my account, and now all my videos for more than the past week are missing, even though I still get notifications whenever there is motion. Is there a problem with the cloud?

Try logging into your account on your computer and see if they show up there. If so, delete the app on your phone and reinstall it.

I'm not clear on this. Videos after 7 days are missing or within the first 7 days? If the former, some folks have reported being able to see all their videos until the new limit while others haven't.
