I altered the sensitivity settings on my Arlo Pro Cameras, and cannot remember what the factory settings were.  At 80 on Video and 3 on sound, it is eating my battery life quickly.  I want to return to what Arlo thought was best.

Those are correct. Consider creating custom modes and leave the Armed mode for troubleshooting.

If those settings are what you have now but battery life is poor, remember that spec battery life is based on <5 minutes of live view and recording per day. If you're recording more than that, you may have the the camera improperly positioned - don't go for a wide view, just concentrate on specific areas. You generally don't need cars in the street or airplanes so rotate the camera down. Post screenshots for suggestions.

Thanks.  I do use custom modes, so I can use the cameras without constant text notifications.  The reason I asked, is that I looked back at the Armed mode for reference, and it was higher than my custom mode of 80.  My camera is focused on my walkways, and does not get triggered by traffic.  So I'm sort of stumped...

Post screenshots. Also, remember that IR reflections from the sun can cause false triggers. How many total minutes of recordings and live view are you doing?
