I bought my system off of QVC/HSN and something i've noticed is that you have SO many systems and types of cameras. I'm not sure what kind of camera i have...it doesn't say anything on the camera. If you have so many products i would suggest that you start imprinting it on the units themselves. I don't know if i have a arlo 2, arlo 2pro etc etc..  I also have the ring system and they keep it simple. 

Also would be nice to select which notification sound i want on my app. You default for me and give me no selection 😞

You can find the specific model of camera you're using by removing the battery and taking a look at the sticker in the battery compartment.

Which model mobile device are you using? Android or iOS?

You most likely have the original from those networks. In the app, you can check and see the model.
