Cameras came in plain white boxes, base was smashed

I ordered and additional 3 Pro Cameras to add to the rest of my cameras and they came in plain white boxes unlike the normal Arlo Boxes

The base came smashed and I am convinced they were refurbished

Where did you order the cameras from? I encourage you to contact the original place of purchase to further investigate this issue.
