Apart with two base stations and two cameras each. I would like to add the new base station but I cannot download two Arlo icons from the App Store. How do I do this?

You simply add the new base using your existing account. No need for 2 apps.

Thank you so much for your response!!!   I’ve tried to add the second base station many times, reset it and the app even says a base station was detected, but when it searches for it, it can’t be found.  Arlo seems to be very cumbersome compared to the other devices I have.  Any ideas?

Are you on-site, and connected to the same network as the base?

What model base are you trying to add? 

Is it used or new?

What is the LED status?
