I have not received a confirmation e-mail for alerts

I have sent multiple requests for a confirmation e-mail to receive alerts but it has not come through therefore I cannot receive e-mail alerts.  I'm not sure what else to do at this point???

Can you test with a differnet email address?

 

Or check you spam folder on your email account
