I have no “mode” on my phone or PC to be able to adjust sensitivity on each of my cameras. I’ve updated the app and all cameras are charged and functioning but I can not adjust any settings

At the top of the my,arlo.com page, you should see devices, then library, then mode, and then settings. What are you seeing?

 

Also, are you using the primary account, or one that has been granted access?

Thank you, I see Library, settings and devices ONLY- No Mode. Im logging into MY ARLO My husband set them up but he has granted me access.
