I have an Arlo pro and I cannot stream if there someone is surfing the internet or watching tube

  1. How fast is your internet connection (both upload and download)?
  2. How far is the base station from your router?

 

You might be getting WiFi interference - so if the base is right next to the router try moving it away (as far as the cable will reach).
