I have Arlo cameras that are all hard wired . 3 were made not workable after the hurricane. I want to obtain 3 new Arlo cameras that I can use hardwired. I don't want to climb ladders every few months to change the batteries. Where can I purchase 3 new cameras that I can plug in?

Arlo says it is safe to just leave the batteries in.

They alll just say Arlo. You can open up the housing and remove the battery - there is a label inside. Likely you have either the Pro (VMC4030) or the Pro2 (VMC4030P).
All currently sold cameras will require that you get a subscription for cloud storage. The old cameras were sold with 7-days of storage, but Arlo stopped offering that on new camera models back in 2018 (starting with the Ultra).
The least expensive cameras are the Essential Gen 2 models - which are sealed, and have no user-replaceable battery. They need USB-C power.
The other option is to get the more expensive Pro 5s. That does have a user-replaceable lithium battery - but the battery in the Pro and Pro 2 cameras is different, and won't fit. The Pro 5s uses a proprietary magnetic connector on the cable - however the other end of the cable is USB-A.
Both cameras can connect to your home wifi, so you don't need to worry about base station compatibility.

First, the original cameras may just need to have the batteries charged. A dead battery may be brought back to life using the following FAQ. The key is to plug in and unplug many times to get enough charge into the battery to allow it to then normally charge.

If you need new cameras that will always be plugged into power, do not buy any Essential camera since they can only be eternally powered by a solar panel. Any other Arlo camera would work fine as long as you use the proper outdoor chargers.

I would simply like to buy 3 new cameras that I could use hardwired, I just don't know which ones to get. The newer ones all seem to have battery only or are solar.
