I can not login in on my phone or table. I've had app on my phone for years. Now I can't login?

Is it timing out on the two factor authentication step?  Or is something else failing?

Have you tried using another verification method?  You can try email.  It's easiest if you have a nearby PC so you can get the code w/o closing the app window.  (Of course a nearby phone or tablet could also be used).

I have, but it won't take my email. I've also deleted the app and re installed it...ty for your suggestions. I'm at a lost..I've always been able to get into my app. I've also tried to add the app to my tablet. But it won't take it. Can't get pass the password..keeps wanting me to change password.

Not sure what you mean by that.  The email address it uses is the username that you use in the app.
