I am setting up arlo cameras at 2 locations using 2 base stations. Can i use same account for both?

Yes, same account... there is no limit on bases or locations. The limit is the number of cameras based on your service level ( basic (free) is total of 5 )

 

so you could have 5 bases in 5 states with 1 camera on each 🙂
