I am not receiving push notifications

Anyone know why we aren’t getting notifications to our phones. It says in the app push notifications are on. It started with just my phone getting notifications and not my husbands now both our phones aren’t getting notifications.

I had asked the same question but no one seems to have the answer. I have only 1 camera and setup one phone as Main with 2 others as Guests. Sometimes only the Guests phones were immediately pushed notifications and the Main gets it 10-20 minutes later, with all 3 phones on the same Wi-Fi next to each other. It rendered the camera monitoring useless as we are looking out for people who misused the stairway next to my unit.

Perhaps you have a rule set up that sends notifications to phones.

 

If so, you can edit the mode to turn off notifications.

 

What are modes and rules and how does Arlo use them?
