I am not longer seeing activity in my Feed

i have had Arlo for over 5 years, pretty sure almost as long as the company has been around and all of a sudden, I am no longer receiving any motion detection activity in my feed nor am i able to look back at the activity. It's showing as blank. Does any know why this is happening? what changed?

Can it be that your feed settings somehow are toggled off?  Are you using the Arlo app?  If so, open the app and go to the feed setting.  Then go to the upper right corner and open the feed/event setting next to the calendar.  Check and see if the motion is disabled.

i have that toggled on. so not sure. again i have had arlo for many years and never had issues. not sure why anything would be different now.

Sorry, I figured it was worth a look at the settings.  Hopefully, one of the mods will be able to suggest a fix.

Are you using a "friend" account?

 

FWIW, Arlo spun off from Netgear in August 2018, so has been an independent company for about 7 years.

All your camera's are showing offline. Did anything happen before this occurred, did you internet go down or a outage of any type?

Hi - for my cameras that are online, im not able to view any of the history. I get a motion detected alert, but that is it. nothing appearing in my feed to see a playback of activity.

I do not see any of your cameras online. You may need to restart your router then reset the cameras and add them back to the account.

I have the same issue. 7 day storage gone and no alerts or activity. Cameras can be utilized in “live” mode only. Rebooted base…no change

No. Once I realized the software changed, I went thru all and reset preferences. It works now.

@smith1f6 can you explain more on what you are trying to do? As you can access your camera different ways depending on what it is you are wanting to do.
