I am Receiving Notifications But Not Videos

Started intermittently on 11-7-2018 now total blackout. Notifications but no video. Any takers... already reset router and base station, re sync cameras, reloaded app on phone.

Do your videos appear in the library on the web browser? Did you uninstall & reinstall the Arlo Mobile App or di you just close out and reopen?

I have reset the base reset the cameras reset the app reloaded the app I get numerous push notifications actually 3 notifications for each event nothing shows up. Then hours later some of the video may show up other times it shows up right away. Now when one of the cameras detect something the others take video at the same time without being set off. These issues started one or two updates ago. Once they detect motion sometimes they will stop recording even though motion is still continuing such as a dog moving or a delivery. I readjusted the motion sensitivity also and it still does this.
