I get the notifications of motion detection. When I go to the library to review, when I hit the play button, nothing plays. The motion circle moves, says buffering, but then stops. How do I fix.

Is this an intermittent issue or has it been consistent? What device are you using to view the video?

If this is on a W10 computer and you use Edge or IE, a recent MS update did this. You can download the video to play or use Chrome or Firefox instead.
