What is the error message you receive? Have you tried a different browser? Can you successfully log in to the Arlo Mobile App?

Hi,
I have the same problem on IE11 nothing happened and on Chrome it logs in for a fraction of a second and log me out - the message is Your session Expired.
I tried clearing the cache as suggested on other threads but no success.
Thanks

A recent issue is due to Kaspersly AV. Whitelist arlo.netgear.com.

Are you using Kaspersky AV? If so, did you whitelist arlo.netgear.com as I previously suggested?

I am not using Kaspersky.
What does that mean whitelist Arlo.netgear.com?

What antivirus/firewall are you using? Kaspersky has been the recent problem but maybe others are affected.
To whiteleist means to allow access to arlo.netgear.com through the firewall. Different software would likely require different settings.

Login doesn't require Flash. Something is interfering with your connection to Arlo which is the basis for my question about Kaspersky which you didn't answer.

Norton was a problem in the past - maybe it's resurfaced. Try disabling Norton and see if that works. If so, here's a setting in Norton to fix this. I believe there used tobe an FAQ here that had some suggestions but I don't know if it still exists.

Yes it's definitely the AV that blocks the access - I have Sophos on my laptop. I tried on another device without AV and I was able to log onto my web account.

I can't speak for any specific AV/firewll but the usual issue is needing to whitelist https://arlo.netgear.com.
