I Cannot Add A Friend

I'm trying to add a "friend" to our system but it will not send the "invite".

I've followed the instructions as pre the help section, to no effect.

The software is loaded to our iPad and IPhone.

Any help out there?

I Cannot Add A Friend

You are using Settings, Grant Access, right? Are you sure you're using a valid email address? How do you know the invite isn't being sent? Have you tried a different address with a different email provider?

Having the same problem.  I sent an invite to different people.  I also sent a regular email to same people.  The received my email but I could not send an invite.

You couldn't send the invites or they never received it?
