Arlo Pro signal strength indicator won't work

Hello all, I can't get the signal strength indicator to work in the positioning section of device utilities.  For all three of my cameras it stays in red at poor no matter how close I put them to the base station.  They do have 2-3 bars in practice and work fine.  Just annoying I can't get this indicator to work.  Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

I would try a full reset of the base then re-sync all the cameras.
