I Can Log On & View From My Android But From My Laptop I Can Not

I can not view recordings from 3 different PC's but can from Iphone. this started about a week ago. Pc's are all on different networks.

Try Firefox as your browser... Edge and Ie have been causing issues

Try Chrome or FireFox for now, until someone (arlo or microsoft) fixes the issue with Edge and IE11 playing videos.

If you don't want to use Chrome or FireFox for now try this work around for IE11 or Edge:

Log into Arlo from Edge, go into the library, click on the 3 dots on the video you want to view, click "share", click "copy link", open a new tab in Edge, right click on the address bar in the new tab and choose "Paste and Go".

You can now view the video.
