Just purchased an Arlo Pro system base station and one camera. The back cover will not stay securely latched. Is there a fix for this problem? Otherwise it's going back for a refund. It's a poor design not only due to the inability to stay latched, but since the mounting point is part of the cover it's not suitable for any type of mount.

This is not normal, it should close securely. I would take the system back and exchange it.
