I Am unable to connect a second phone to our Arlo Pro. I went to settings and grant access but the reply we get on the phone is "no device can be found." I want her to have the main access so do I delete my access in order to let her have the main access?

If you want to change the primary account holder, you will need to remove all the cameras from your account and reinstall them on her account as a new system. Then she would grant access to your email account. When you receive the email, follow the instructions in the link that will be provided.

AGreed. It sounds like you granted access but rather than follow the emailed directions you created the new account using the New to Arlo selection. Since the system is already up and running, you can't discover it again with the new account.
