Huge Grey Box on iphone Wake Screen!

I suddenly get a huge grey Arlo status box on my iphone wake screen. How do I get rid of this?!

Hi @RhoDoh,

 

Could you provide a screenshot that shows the grey Arlo status box on your lock/wake screen? Try to force-close the app and see if that helps.
