I followed all the instructions in the Quick Star Guide and it works...However I realized that de sync between the base and the camera was lost sometimes (the camera was reported to be offline in the app and the Led "CAMERA" in the Base was off). I tried to figure out the problem...

Initialy I thought it could be something related to the camera´s battery so I tried to charge it. However I had no LED indication about what was going on (it was supposed to have the Blue LED blinking...but I had no LED indication). I thought it would be worth to start everything from the begining then I canceled all my devices (I have the 1 camera Kit)...It got worst.

Although having done the "factory reset" in the Base (through the reset "hole" in the back of the Base) I can not add my devices in my account... I followed again all the steps...Apparently the sync between Base and Camera is OK (the Camera LED is Green in the Base)...but I do not have them in my account...
What should I do?

First thing is a simple power button reboot of the base at this time... assuming all the left three LEDs are green.

Give it a min or two to come back online.
