How to re-install a legacy pro camera that was offline and then removed. I follow the instructions to "sync" but arlo "does not find my device". Not sure it went offline to start with. The only option I had was to remove it - which I regret. Having all sorts of problems trying to reinstall, rename, etc to get it working again.

Tried syncing again (after many tries) and thanks for your help - it's finally working!

Assuming you did remove the camera from Settings, My Devices, start by ensuring the battery is fully charged. Then briefly press the base sync button - don't hold it - and then the camera button. You don't need to use the app for these cameras.

Thank you.  I've done these things.

Why then does it not appear as my fifth camera for viewing?  

It does not appear in order to be named again, when logging in for viewing all five, only the four appear.

It may just be a bad camera. What does the LED on the camera do when trying to sync - the whole process?
