Model version Arlo Pro, Firmware 1.092.0.17_25364. I'm using 6 Arlo Pro cameras at this time to monitor my house both indoor and outdoor. I've already subcribed the Premier plan, which said it could support up to 10 cameras. However, i can only livestream maximum 5 cameras and when i click Live on the sixth cam, it said Arlo can only support 5 cameras simultaneously and i need to pause one to start another. Well, i did like what it said and then it showed up the same message of "5 cameras support only". please help me to fix this. Thank you.

Yup. As noted in the documentation here, one base can support up to 15 cameras synced to it but can only stream 5 at a time (hardware limitation?). If you have to stream more, use a second base and sync some cameras to it. Don't forget that streaming lots of cameras can swamp your upload bandwidth, depending on what it is.
