User support can be had here. Official support can be had by using the Contact Support link at the bottom here and then again on the new page.

 

There's currently issues with logons with both the browser and app. For the app, use the multitask button (single or double rectangles next to the Home button), click on the "X" for Arlo and open the app normally. This isn't a fix, just the fastest workaround.
