Hi, I've been reading through the community and couldn't find what I needed.  I have 2 Pro 5S cams in my shop.  The second one is a back-up of a different angle.  Arlo has notified me that I am using too much storage so I want to delete a day's worth of videos from the second cam.

I've read that I can go to 'Select Events' under the feed tab of my app.  While I can check delete for the day, it selects both cam's videos.  I can certainly go through it all one by one to delete but it can be hundreds of 10 sec videos (every time someone comes into the shop).

If I select the backup cam under devices, it's the same, delete one by one with no option to delete the day.

Am I missing something?  Any solutions?

Thanks

First go into the feed settings

  1. select devices, then the camera whose videos you wish to delete
  2. select event types, and turn off mode changes (scroll down to get to it)

Now go into select events, and you will only see the videos for the one camera.

The feed settings are sticky, so make sure you set them back when you are finished.

This would be easier if Arlo let you do bulk delete after pressing the camera tile on devices or the dashboard.  At one time that worked. I think it's on Arlo's list to restore it - hopefully they will soon.

Thanks!  I would never have found that.
