How do you change the wifi provider?  I don't see anywhere to do this

Can you provide more details surrounding your question?

The arlo Camera May have the ability to connect directly to your local wifi router modem depending on the model.

The early arlo pro cameras need a base station unit that has a closed wifi to connect to the camera.

Can you confirm the camera model?

There are two ways to check.

  1. go into the support area of the app, select the camera and scroll down to the product id field.  There is a VMCxxxx part number there.
  2. if the camera has a removable battery, then open the housing and remove the battery.  There's a label inside.  If the camera is fully sealed, there will be a VMCxxxx part number on the outside of the case.  It is faint, so might be hard to see.

The Pro (VMC4030) connects only to an Arlo base, it can not be connected to any other wifi.
