Seems not to work with Android OS

phone ? os version ?

have u tried to unistall and reinstall tha app?

 

Works fine on my android S7 / os 9x

I have the note9 with updated software and I still get the message. My daughter has an iPhone 7 and it worked just fine & I was able to access the site. So it really seems to me that its something with the Andriod App. How is this issue resolved??

As @TomMac mentioned, have you tried to clear the cache & uninstall/reinstall the Arlo Mobile App and test again?

 

I personally have a Note 9 and have not experienced an issue with the Arlo Mobile App. I am running Android Version 8.1.0, Samsung Experience Version 9.5
