How do I watch video of a specific time in the last few days?

How do I watch video of a specific time in the last few days, say, yesterday at 3pm?

Unless you have subscribed to the CVR plan , you can not pick a time to look at.... ( if you did, then click on the cliock icon on the live view page above camera )

 

These cameras are "motion detect then record" type of cameras.

 

If a tiggered event ( motion detected )  recording happened at that aprox time , then the video would be in the library
