How do I turn off the Privacy Mode?

This Camera is in "Privacy Mode" It was working yesterday but today it will not turn on because in Privacy Mode. How do I turn off the Privacy Mode?

Only the primary account holder can turn the camera on if turned off... in settings for that camera
