How do I set up two base stations on two separate routers on one account?
Both are VMB4000
Both are operating currently under two accounts but I want them together. If I can do this, I will upgrade service and add more cameras.
Model: VMB3000 | Arlo Base Station

Upgrade your subscription and remove all devices from Settings, My Devices in the other account. Use the Add Device button in the Devices tab of the upgraded account to add the second base (if desired to split cameras between them) and sync the cameras appropriately.
