I have an Arlo Pro which I think isn't supported any more, but I bought a new battery less than a year ago which doesn't charge. So I'm under a warranty – but I don't find a way to talk to support:
- Chat: "you're not entitled to get chat support."
- Phone: "Enter your order number" – but I ordered through Amazon and they don't accept Amazon's order number.
- Contact support from the Amazon order page: 404 Error.
This is the worst customer support experience I've had in a while. I think these guys are hiding from me.
