adding a base station

How does one add a base station (Arlo Pro) and a camera to an existing configuration (with a base station and 4 cameras)?

log in as normal, then use ADD DEVICE for new base.... sync the closest cameras to each base

Thx. How do I "unsynch" a camera that was earlier attached to the original base station and then synch it to the "new"/additional base station?

Another question: once the second base station is set up, can it be moved to a different part of the house (without an ethernet connection to the router?)

You "unsync" by removing it from Settings, My Devices. And, no, any base must be connected via an Ethernet cable. You can use a WiFi or powerline extender to help with the positioning.

Thx. So I could connect the extra base station by ethernet cable to a WIFI extender. Right?
