I followed the directions #1-9 to receive text messages but could not add my phone number. I did include the email to text message format by provider. What do I do?

HI @CarolynS

 

Do you have the notifications enabled within your actual phones settings?

 

Have you tried to remove & re-install the Arlo app > test PN again?

 

Make sure you accept the permissions for notifications when installing the app
